HRC 2021 – final leaderboard and winners!

Hey all! Now that we've all had a bit of time to try and get over Tuesday's disappointment (I haven't either), I thought I'd drop my head in and update everyone on how the final HRC standings ended up shaking out.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who participated for making it so fun, both on the subreddit and the Discord server. We had 233 people make a successful call over the course of the year, up from just 79 last year – I'm really pleased to see what a big part of the community's culture the game has become.

Onto the winners! Congratulations to /u/ThatImpGuy on an outstanding 12 correct calls over the course of the season, and a 1st place finish. He takes after our very own Astros in terms of his constant success, as well as in other ways.

/u/TheNuglord generously got in touch with me earlier this year with the offer of providing an MLB shop gift card for the winner and those in 2nd or 3rd place, so I'll be in touch shortly with the codes for those – /u/hanSoes in 2nd place, and /u/reese-account and /u/SupreemTaco in joint 3rd place (congrats to all of you also!), will also be receiving a code.

So, thank you once again to /u/TheNuglord for providing prizes completely unprompted and out of the generosity of his own heart, and of course to all of you for playing.
