What is all those colorful looking displays on the West side of 288 S going to Pearland?

I saw a parking lot full of what looks to be blow up displays or built displays last weekend off 288 going to Pearland. At first I though it was the Magical Winter Lights display but that is in La Marque. Does anyone know what it is?
