Feedback on 77084!

Thank you all for your feedback on 77082. Really appreciate that. I am kind of zeroing down on 77084 and was wondering what’s the general feeling like for this part of the city. So far I have not seen any red flags –

• Good schools
• Continuous positive property appreciation
• Low crime rate
• Mostly residential with lots of outdoor opportunities.
• Great Location
