Hi! I’m looking for some more info on some cheap apartment options near Westchase to flee a bad household situation. Thoughts on these places?

Apologies in advance because I know this kind of post will rustle a few jimmies.

Basically to make the story short, I got a pay raise at work recently and am planning to use that to flee a bad family situation. This is my first time looking at apartments and I'm a little nervous even after all the research online, and narrowed it down to a few options; Near Westchase district seemed best for my income of ~$30k yearly and so my budget is a lot smaller. I've mostly been looking at what was $600 monthly and now turned into $700 monthly one beds and studios, which I'm not happy about but can still make work at about 1/3 of my income going to rent. Rents here seem lower than the suburbs but not quite in the bad parts like Sharpstown or Gunspoint.

Now the whole point I'm making a post to /r/houston for as a lurker here, have any of y'all lived in this part of town and if so what do you think of these apartment complexes specifically? Are they half decent at least? I don't expect fancy just a place to park my car and live without fear of getting jumped or floods taking everything away (checked the below against FEMA maps). Somewhere that I can afford but won't be a roach motel or hazmat taped from mold by the time 12 months pass lol.

Does anyone have any comments, positive or negative, about the places below? Cheers and thanks in advance.
