Question Regarding Heavy Trash Pickup

I have an alley behind my house and it seems like someone dumped some old fence boards there.

Will the city pick up about 15-20 of these 8 foot fence boards if I put them out front? Some of the boards still have nails in them, if that even matters.

The city website states they won’t pick up construction trash by contractors but this is not trash from a house project.
