Any local or state incentives for home EV chargers or solar panels?

Recently bought an EV and I am considering solar + Tesla power wall and was wondering if there’s any incentives in the Houston area.

I called my energy company (Amigo Energy) for any incentives they might have for EVs or solar and got nothing.

I also just came back from Austin and was amazed at the amount of homes out there with solar panels and when I asked my friend he said it’s because there’s incentives to get them installed.

Any tips are helpful and I completely understand if we don’t have anything too >_<
