US Post Office renamed to honor fallen Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal
Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal was the first Sikh police officer to join the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in 2009, and he was killed in a traffic stop in Cy-Fair two years ago.
