Gas Leak near Westheimer and Shepherd?

Just walked out onto my balcony and smelled natural gas. A couple of hours ago the Starbucks on Shepherd and Harold was inaccessible due to a hazmat unit on the scene. Im guessing they are related, but I cant find mention of either anywhere yet. Anyone have any info?
