Terminal B @ IAH?

I’ve seen lots of things about Terminal C being slow, but I searched for Terminal B in this sub before posting & didn’t see any new posts. I have a 10am flight out of terminal B at IAH tomorrow morning (Friday)…how early should I get there? Haven’t flown since March 2020! Is parking crazy …. should I do the Parking Spot/something similar?
