Talk of the Town: Meet Real Icee

Houston grows talent, that is a fact that is not disputed. Houston City Beat looks for these talented Houstonians to provide them with another vehicle to gain exposure. Real Icee is an example of one of those musicians that has taken his love and passion for rap to the stage.

Real Icee was born in Houston and started learning the art of rap at a very young age as he watched his father write his own lyrics and rap. Real Icee has seen the rap game progress through the decades and he shared with us in his own words “I always knew I had it in me to make it”. We asked him about his plans towards the future and he hopes that it’s filled with large concerts where he will have a lot of fun with his friends and family.
