For the people who signed the Harris County COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Application, have you received the $100 yet?

I submitted my app 20 days ago and haven't gotten a response. The confirmation email that came the same day says it can take up to several weeks, but has anyone gotten a cash card yet?
