Date night ideas in the Woodlands?

My wife and I are finally getting a babysitter on Saturday. We live on the SW side but I’m planning on taking her to the Woodlands for a date night. We’ll probably get there around 3:30 or so.

So far I was thinking, in order:

• Paddleboat rental at Riva Row or Waterbike rental at Lakes Edge
• Walking/shopping at market street
• Dinner somewhere nice, not sure where yet
• Walk on waterway

I’m looking for a nice, preferably romantic spot to eat dinner. Neither of us are drinking alcohol at the moment so don’t let that influence any recommendations.

I’m also wondering if a walk on the waterway is really worth it. Is there anything else that might be fun to do after dinner?
