Light Rail replacing the Park & Ride system?

My Houston peeps, what are y’all thoughts on replacing the terrible park & ride system we have, which has constant delays and not really reliable, to actual light rail metro trains going to all of the park and ride hubs? It’ll be must faster and there will be minimum delays because it’ll have its own lane? I just came back from Denver and they have this system and it seems very reliable. I saw twice as many commuters actually using it than Houston’s Park & Ride system (based on the eye test at the park and ride).

Don’t attack if you think this is a terrible idea. Just want to see y’all’s thoughts.
