Hey r/Houston, what are your favorite dinner date restaurants that have good vegetarian/vegan options?

Time for a yearly refresher of this question. Looking for a nice, maybe kinda romantic dinner spot to take my wife out to. We're trying to eat more, but not strictly, vegetarian. Got any ideas? We were going to give Nobie's a try, but they're booked solid for the time we're looking for.
