Grass fed cow

Does anyone know a farm that will sell a cow for butcher or a half/quarter? We are wanting to switch up the quality of food we digest and the last few pieces of meat we have purchased from heb have been poor quality even though advertised as otherwise. Also, is purchasing beef this way cost effective?
