White Range Rover Hit by a Rock

Hey I was driving home today on Highway 6 at the Westheimer intersection and saw a man throw a rock at a white Range Rover and dent it. I don’t think the driver knew how the car got dented and he drove away before I could let him know. If anyone knows who the white Range Rover driver is, feel free to reach out. The guy seemed to be panhandling at that intersection – wearing a plaid button down and brown pants hiked up to the knees.
