Who would you rather have starting Jimmy G or Tygod?

I find it weird how Jimmy G is 29 and 3 years younger than Matthew Stafford and Tygod. Yet people acting like Jimmy G is washed up. I understand Matthew Stafford is way more talented than Jimmy G so I get why you would want Matthew Stafford starting over him. But if you had to choose between Jimmy G or Tygod. Who would you rather have starting for your Texans in 2021.
