Luxury midrise condominium to break ground this summer in Upper Kirby

Westmore, a luxury condominium project at 2323 W. Main St., is expected to break ground this summer, the developer announced Feb. 6.

When Houston-based Pelican Builders first unveiled plans for Westmore last August, an expected timeline for groundbreaking, construction and completion was not set.
