Lennar, M/I Homes buy 262 acres in Moran Ranch master-planned community near Willis
Houston-based Satya Inc. and Stolz Partners of Alpharetta, Georgia, teamed up in 2019 to purchase the 510-acre tract in Montgomery County, which was formerly the site of a ranch owned by the Moran family.
