Recent ASN (RN) Graduate!

Hello!

My wife recently passed her NCLEX and has transferred her out of state license to a TX one. Question is, anyone have any advise on which hospitals are currently hiring recent graduates?

Any suggestions tips to get her hired quicker? Unsure what the demand is currently but she is actively applying but unsure how long it typically takes!
