Volleyball in Houston?

I recently got into volleyball and I am looking for places to play. I've found some stuff online but its hard to distinguish between what leagues are meant for experienced players and which are meant for new players like myself. I'm looking for either leagues for beginners/casual players or places people frequently play noob friendly pickup games.
