Atlas Restaurant Group raises minimum wage to $15 an hour

The company owns 21 upscale restaurants and bars, including Ouzo Bay and Loch Bar in Houston’s River Oaks District. The company will also open a brand-new concept in the mixed-use Montrose Collective development currently underway.
