Local roads among state’s most congested, relief could be delayed following Harris County mobility discussion

Projects are underway in Harris and Montgomery counties to address congestion on roadways that are among the most congested in the state, according to a recent study by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. However, mobility funding challenges in Harris County could delay some mobility projects in the Greater Tomball area.
