[Car Help] – bottom insulation got flooded – any good detail places?

Hi!

My car got flooded barely enough to cover all the floor mats and bottom insulation. I’ve managed to get it dry but it smells bad still and looks like flood water is soaked in the insulation below the floor mats.

Anyone have any advice to take care of this? Or any auto detail places that would have experience in this to get the smell out? Really appreciate any help – thank you!
