Did someone get robbed at highway6 and Westheimer at 5pm?

So around 5:02pm there was a stoppage of traffic into the entrance of the Wells Fargo bank. It looked like a group of people surrounding a car that is trying to leave the plaza. Eventually that car did leave and I saw someone try to chase after it by foot. I have the cars license plate. It drove through Katy and went up 99 I also have a description of the two in the car
