How to get on 288 from downtown?

New to the area and recently got a job downtown houston in one of the plaza's on Louisana st. and my question is there really no entrance from downtown that enters 69/288 straight up without getting on 45 or i-10? Just wondering because I wanna make sure before I get lost.
