Op-ed: Temporary protective status ruling is bad for the economy
On June 7, the Supreme Court of the United States entered a ruling impacting thousands of immigrants holding temporary protected status (TPS). The Texas Tribune reported there are more than 42,000 people in Texas who hold TPS, and the Federation of American Scientists reported that approximately 320,000 people hold TPS nationwide.
