Houston Association of Realtors MLS fee increases for first time in 2 decades

The Houston Association of Realtors recently announced it would raise the fee for agents to use its multiple listing service this year.

Beginning with the second-quarter bill, the agent subscriber fee for the MLS will be $35 per month, a 75 percent increase from the previous rate of $20 per month.
