If I were going to only spend 1 day in Katy where do I want to eat at ?

I’m temporarily living in Houston and I’m car-less, so I uber and bus around town. Katy is kinda far from me but I have some plans to go there soon and was wondering if there were any must try restaurants that I can’t pass up while there. Might never go back again idk so figured u guys could give me some insight, thanks.
