Home Sale Prices?

Considering buying a home in the near future, not to sure of the area yet. I’m looking for recent actual sale prices. When I look on Redfin/Zillow/Realtor, I can see recent list prices of sold homes, but not actual sale prices. Where can I find actual sale prices compared to list prices? Are homes still going for significantly over asking? (10%, 20%, etc?)
