Do you know who can install Chevy cruze kit? Oil leak problem.

I have a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. I'm looking for a mechanic who can install PCV fix kit from cruzekits.com. So far, I have asked three shops and all of them said no because it's not GM approved parts and liability. It is too complex for me to do it on my own.
