I’m searching for a good sandwich shop

Does anyone have a recommendation for a sandwich shop? Google only recommends places like Subway, Jimmy John's, Jason's Deli, etc… I'm looking for a small business to support, preferably within a couple of miles from the heights, as it'll become a go-to lunch spot.
