Active things to do while visiting Houston?

We are visiting Houston for a couple of days next week. We have been working on losing our "covid 19" weight gain and don't want to fall off track, but also want to enjoy the trip. Any suggestions for active things to do while we are there? We've already looked at the climbing gyms, and a few walking trails, but open to different/"non touristy" suggestions as well!
