Shepherd & 59 standstill traffic rn?

I live off of 59 and its completely standstill and so many horns honking, semis revving their engines. It’s been like this for a while now. I’m sure its an accident, but I’m shocked ppl are still stuck. Citizen said 2 hrs ago there was a pedestrian struck there. It’s causing more accidents and now those emergency vehicles are struggling to get through the lanes to the new accidents 🙁
