Advice or Any Knowledge Is Help PLEASE

Okay I have a grandmother who was battling cancer unfortunately we didn’t have enough funds to keep up with her life insurance. During her battle she was in and out the hospital while one of trips to the hospital she said she fell in one of the UTMB trucks. Caused her to break a few ribs but after it happened it wasn’t much she could do to prove her case with barley breathing and going through pain from her cancer. She was able to say this when she got a little better. Eventually she caught COVID which aided to her losing her battle against cancer.

Is there anything I can do as in funding for a funeral or lawyer?
