Retired numbers

There’s a lot of talk about the Giants retiring Eli’s number and it got me thinking. Have the Texans retired the numbers 80 and 56 or are they just not letting anyone use them for a while?

I can understand holding off on 80 to see if Andre makes the HOF (doubt it). The McNairs just love Cushing so maybe they’re just waiting a bit.

Any idea?
