Texas ranks second in most BIPOC-owned small businesses, new report shows

Texas has approximately 1.1 million BIPOC-owned businesses, which make up 39.3% of all the small businesses in the state. The states with the most BIPOC-owned small businesses by percentage were mostly in the South.
