Luby’s Inc. lands buyer for Luby’s Cafeteria restaurant business

The buyer will acquire the Luby’s Cafeteria brand and the businesses of 32 restaurants, all in Texas. Luby’s anticipates that almost all of the more than 1,000 employees at the 32 locations will be offered positions under the new ownership.
