Best Place to Make Friends

Hey (F/25 ) I just moved to Houston does anyone have any idea of where I can go to meet new people not necessarily for dating I just would like friends 😊. thanks for any help ! Edit: what I mean is like cool safe bars , clubs, country clubs and things like that I don't need advice on how to make friends just where can I go lol should have been clearer
