Houston drag/ anything else worth mentioning

My mom and I (21F) are going down to Houston to get my Spanish visa from the consulate there and we’re staying a few days (we’re from Memphis). We love drag, and wanted to see some Houston drag during our stay. Looks like there’s about a million options! Wondering if anyone has suggestions for drag or honestly anything else we should see do or eat while in the city
