Recommendation for tattoo?

I have a tattoo artist but he won’t do these. I also contacted a few nipple tattoo specialists but they prefer to work with cancer patients, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for an artist who would be able to do something like these, and has a good reputation? Thanks!
