U.S. Capital Advisors to merge RIA subsidiary with Legacy One Financial Advisors
The combined business will go by U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors LLC. The DeJoria family’s JP’s Peace, Love & Happiness Foundation will allocate proceeds expected to be generated by USCWA to make an advance donation of $2 million to Dell Medical School at the University of Texas.
