Anyone ever road tripped from Houston to Miami? (Or vice versa)

I’m trying to vacation in south Florida and I’m planning on driving there.

I would like to have a small amount of weed like 2-3 gs and my pax 3 portable vape for the trip.

I know you always risk cops when you’re riding dirty but I’m just wondering if there are mandatory checkpoints between state lines that always search people. Lemme know.
