Meet Natalie Hartman with Morphe Home Staging. We met Natalie on location for a house she was about to de-stage and the story was too good to not share with all of you! April of 2021 in Houston, Texas is a hot market. This particular property is in Grayson Lakes in Katy, Texas and the real estate market in Katy is just as frantic with buyers scrambling to find their next home. Natalie was contacted by Ginny Vitovsky, Realtor, to stage the house since her clients moved out. This house was under contract within four days and had a winning bid over asking with a fourteen day close. Would the house have moved as fast without the staging? Probably, but who knows if it would have had the multiple offers and over asking price if the staging was not done.
