The Carnitas at Cantina Laredo

I am a Foodie, hear me ROAR! The Houston City Beat crew took a Field Trip to Cantina Laredo on Westheimer and Wilcrest for a Foodie Shoutout and this video was the result.

We ordered the Quesadillas and the Carnitas bowl. The star of the show quickly became the Carnitas bowl made with fried pork, black beans, corn, rice, and a medley of other delicious ingredients. It was an absolute taste bud explosion.

Might I add that the Cantina Laredo has one of the BEST Margaritas in town whether you go with the skinny rita or the normal margarita.
