United Airlines’ CEO sees strong rebound in travel, but not right away

United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby said he anticipates a big pickup in leisure travel this fall and a rebound in business travel by January. But investors sent the airline’s shares down more than 8% Tuesday on disappointment over the carrier’s year-over-year capacity change in the current quarter.
