Anybody in Houston with a ladder willing to save a cat!

In Katy off the I-10 is a cat stuck under the overpass. I need a 35 foot ladder. He has been up there for two days. I can’t sleep knowing this kitty is going to die of starvation and dehydration because the fire department and police won’t do anything. If anyone can help please let me know

If you can’t help please just upvote so maybe someone who can help will be more likely to see this. I’ll do all the work I just need to get up there and get him down. The fire department came and left when they got a structure fire call and won’t come back out. It’s been two days, I’ve tried police, fire, animal control, everything. I’ll just do it myself but I can’t afford a ladder. Please help if you can.

Edit: cops came out again after seeing my try to climb up there. They called the fire department for me who said no to coming out. I’m gonna try again tomorrow calling the fire department until they come out. I’ll then try a tree cutting company who hopefully wants free press and then last resort is putting 2 ladders on a credit card and trying to get it myself.
