As homebuyers seek out more space in the wake of Covid-19, rural properties are in high demand. Houston-based Wolff Cos. has seen that demand firsthand at its Gates Ranch community. And Naples, Florida-based Patten Properties recently announced the launch of its newest Houston-area community that specializes in offering larger properties.
