Anyone here have experience living adjacent to U of St. Thomas? How tame/wild is it?

Wife and I are looking at an apartment just across the street and we're wondering if it's anymore rowdy than the rest of montrose on average. We're down with the general Montrose vibe but just curious if being right next to a college campus might be a bit much.
