Old Lower Westheimer Restaurant

I have a vague recollection that there was a restaurant in the 1980s at the site of the current Hugo’s Restaurant. I also seem to remember it was destroyed by a fire. Does anyone else remember this, and could you tell me the name of the restaurant? Thanks.
